Founded in Ireland in 2019, TechFynder has evolved from an innovative recruitment technology platform into a growing digital ecosystem connecting professionals, jobseekers, employers, recruiters, students, educational institutions and learning providers across international markets. Our platforms combine technology, data, industry expertise and increasingly artificial intelligence to simplify some of the most important searches people and organisations make, finding talent, finding work, developing skills and choosing the right education. Today, the TechFynder ecosystem includes TalentFynder, JobFynder, StudyFynder and SkillFynder, each designed to solve a different challenge while sharing a common purpose.
Our Story: From an Irish HR Technology Idea to a Global Platform
TechFynder was founded in 2019 by entrepreneur Praveen Madire, who recognised a fundamental problem in recruitment. Companies were spending significant amounts of time and money trying to identify specialist professionals with the right combination of skills, experience, location, availability and commercial expectations.
At the same time, talented professionals often depended on traditional recruitment processes and multiple job platforms to discover their next opportunity. TechFynder was created to make that connection simpler. The original platform enabled companies to search for technology contractors based on criteria including skills, experience, location, rates and availability, while professionals could create profiles and connect with relevant opportunities.
Development of the platform was supported through Enterprise Ireland R&D funding, helping TechFynder develop its technology and international ambitions. What began primarily as a technology recruitment solution quickly developed into something much broader.

Our Journey
TechFynder was founded in Ireland in 2019 with a vision to make talent discovery faster, simpler and more accessible through technology. As remote working and international recruitment accelerated, TechFynder expanded its reach, connecting employers with technology professionals across multiple countries while growing its global team and community.
Between 2022 and 2023, the company continued investing in its technology and expanded its vision beyond traditional recruitment, laying the foundations for a broader ecosystem connecting talent, jobs, skills and professional development.
In 2024, TechFynder expanded into international education through StudyFynder, helping students connect with universities, courses and study opportunities worldwide. By 2025, the TechFynder ecosystem had developed around four core propositions — TalentFynder, JobFynder, StudyFynder and SkillFynder — supporting people from education and skills development through to careers and employment.
In 2026, TechFynder strengthened its technology capabilities with enhanced AI-powered talent search, helping recruiters and employers identify relevant candidates more intelligently based on skills, experience and hiring requirements.
Awards, Recognition & Community Impact
Since launching in Ireland in 2019, TechFynder has focused on using technology to create opportunities while making a positive contribution to communities across Ireland and India. With roots in Ireland and a significant presence in Hyderabad, TechFynder has increasingly played a role in strengthening connections between the Irish and Indian technology, talent, business and education ecosystems. TechFynder CEO Praveen Madire has participated in India-Ireland economic discussions, including an Embassy of India panel on bilateral economic collaboration alongside representatives from TCS, Wipro and Tech Mahindra.
TechFynder has been recognised within the technology and recruitment sectors, including a NORA Innovation nomination, selection for the Dublin Tech Summit Pitch Competition 2022, and recognition among 24 Irish companies positioned for growth beyond COVID-19. The company has also received Enterprise Ireland support for R&D and international expansion.
Community engagement is an important part of TechFynder’s journey. During COVID-19, the company provided PPE to Dublin charities and community organisations, while in India it worked with Nipuna and supported initiatives connecting approximately 30,000 young people with employment opportunities. TechFynder has also sponsored Cricket Ireland and the UK & Ireland Recruitment Conference, promoting sport, professional development, diversity and inclusion.
